If you compare this place with the rest of the hotels around the area, this is definitely the best one! The kitchen is so good, the staff super friendly and pool incredibly clean, you face the beach and you’ll have the best sunsets ever. It’s not a place to party, it’s for being quiet and enjoy the nature around ;) I loved it !

The breakfast was good. A little bit more variety would be great but nevertheless it was good enough for my short stay. The view while eating breakfast is amazing too. Compared to every other place I stayed, Paradise city was the most peaceful and calm place. I’m glad I spent my birthday there. My favorite thing to do was sit by the sunbed and watch the sunset. The staff is amazing. They’re so nice and kind. It really just felt like we were one big family🤭. I’d definitely stay here again and again

I had such a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. The food was delicious. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beachfront, with stunning views and the perfect setting to unwind. The atmosphere is peaceful and laid-back, making it an ideal place to truly relax and recharge. I’d happily come back again!

I’ve been traveling all over Zanzibar for quite a while, exploring every beach, and in the last two days I finally found a hotel where I felt truly comfortable — just like at home. It’s a little paradise. I enjoyed it so much that I even decided to extend my stay on the island for another day and postponed my flight. An unforgettable experience!

Great location, beautiful garden, spectacular seaview. Very comfortable bed. Loved the concept of the opened bathroom, very creative. The food is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and definitely will come again

Paradise City is peaceful, quiet and out of the way. Free SUP and kayak , however no life jacket or anyone keeping an eye on you . I got help with my bags on arrival and . The menu was quite big and with good choice. What I tried was good. The tide comes and goes quickly so it was never too long to wait for a swim. Breakfast was ok, but it was an either/or choice. Eggs came with one tiny piece of toast that was bread. The fruit was lovely.

“Relaxing slice of paradise!”

Amazing slice of paradise - such a relaxing corner of Zanzibar and the perfect place to spend a couple of days getting away from it all. Breathtakingly beautiful views, friendly staff and the best air con in Zanzibar!!!

I liked the tent like Accomodation...so unique and also lovely. I liked the setting..i liked that it's a quiet place..where you can go to unwind, rest and have peace no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay..the view is good..the seating area with the beach view was lovely I liked the meals we ordered esp the burger... was so tasty. The prices are friendly too...

“Wonderful hotel with stunning views and amazing staff”

The staff is wonderful. The hotel is placed a bit off so we mostly stayed in the hotel. We had food, drinks and enjoyed both the pool and the ocean. Nice room with super b AC. Breakfast was super nice A la carte.

Shoutout to Hadija!! Every one in this place is great, from the two owners to amazing James on the reception. It’s indeed a piece of paradise, perfect for chilling!
