⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible little gem Kidoti Bay is. We stayed for just two nights, but from the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was absolutely outstanding – every meal was delicious and prepared with so much care. What really made our stay special, though, was the warmth of the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A very special thank you to Sia, the manager, who went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Her kindness, attention to detail, and passion for creating a wonderful guest experience shines through in everything she does. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an ocean-view room, and waking up to the ocean each morning was magical. Watching the sunset from our bed, with the colours reflecting across the water, was one of those moments we'll never forget. It felt incredibly romantic and reminded us why we fell in love with Zanzibar in the first place. Thank you to the entire Kidoti Bay team for making our stay so special. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends. We can't wait to return ❤️

“A chill-out and pleasant spot with limited kids activities within and around, still worth visiting”

The breakfast was suprisingly good, you can select from multiple options but all of them were pretty good and quickly served. I appreciate a very good coffee. Air conditioning in the room was working fine, cocktails in the bar were very good and the personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space everywhere to chill out and read a book or whatever.

For a quiete weekend away from Dar es Salaam the perfect place. Take a car with you though but the hotel has a drive swevice too... we recomemd it 100%

The staff - Manager, Isaac was absolutely phenomenal and the Chef - Romanus is a total genius and friendly! His music is of another level, he is special in selecting music! And Pili who served us an Ana amazing person - we also had the great dedicated services of Hamis as our taxi driver. Honest, patient and eager to help. Together this group made our 40th birthday one to remember for the next 40 years! We shall for the 80th birthday. Thank you Team Kidoti for making our time very memorable.

“A great hideaway location to unwind, away from the hustle and noise of Nungwi.”

The breakfast pancakes and fresh fruit were superb. There was real coffee in a cafetiere but despite constant requests it was not made strong enough for our usual tastes. The staff team were very accommodating on special requests including going out to fund tamarind for juice and jackfruit for us. The manager Mr Hamisi was super helpful and all the staff were keen to support even if there were some misunderstandings due to language.

The people at Kidoti bay will make you feel at home and are really there for you. This is a place where you can truly relax and don’t need to do anything. The rooms are very private and shower is amazing. The staff tunes in to the guests exceptionally. They deserve a round of applause. The beach is home to a lot of marine life, even if there is no sand, it is an interesting place to visit at any tide. The deck is great and well equipped with furniture, in shade or sun. The pool is lovely. Breakfast and dinner are very nice.

My stay in Kidoti bay was one of the best. Quiet and calm place. Perfect to relax, the food is perfect, the room is amazing, the place was everything I was looking for, for this trip. The staff was wonderful, very Thoughtful and caring. I spend a wonderful time and truly recommend this place for a relaxing experience in the north of Zanzibar

The hotel and location are absolutely wonderful. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making the whole stay truly enjoyable. It exceeded all my expectations — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

“The access to the property is not very convenient, and taxis had trouble finding it because of the complicated location. We booked family rooms, which unfortunately had an unpleasant smell and faced the parking lot, making the location quite unattractive. We switched to double rooms, where they added a mattress on the floor for us. The double rooms themselves are charming, nicely designed, and the bathrooms are spacious. There is no beachfront, The food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent - the chef’s wonderful dishes really impressed us. We usually prefer eating at local restaurants, but this time we were pleasantly surprised

The most beautiful place we stayed in Zanzibar. The design of the place is natural, simple and authentic. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff was kind and helpful and the food was very tasty. The pool is really nice and beautiful. during low tide, easy to get into the water.

Beautiful place. Friendly stuff. Espesically Romulus. The low tide offers great oppurtuinties for 'beach safaries' you can walk from the hotel.
