Good Host: good communication, good moderator, patient, friendly, empathetic Good premises (I stayed in 2 properties): quiet, clean, beautifully decorated, contains necessities, everything functioned well, shops and pharmacies at close close proximity, secure, good WiFi connection, awesome entertainment points in those environs, has elevators
