The owners made us feel at home, not only in the property but in the town. They own the restaurant downstairs and the ribs are amazing. Location of property is excellent, everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the apartment for one night and had a wonderful experience! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and always available if needed. A lovely bonus was the complimentary coffee voucher, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality — we would be happy to stay here again!

We had a really lovely stay overall. The location was excellent, and the house was comfortable, well decorated, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The bathroom was fantastic, with plenty of towels provided, and the two main bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable – the beds were great. It was also a pleasure looking out the front windows, which added to the charm of the place. We had to check in late, and the hosts made it more comfortable and closed the blinds and turned on air conditioning for our arrival, a lovely touch.

We spent the Easter long weekend at the KG Residence. The accommodation met our expectations in regards of comfort, cleanliness. Great location, just steps to the shops, beautiful beach, Lighthouse, Blow hole and other attractions that Kiama offers to the tourists. Keys were easy to collect from the Cafe. The location is really good, right in the middle of the area that we planed to visit, there are restaurants, shops, and grocery nearby, and the owners are nice to everyone, they offered us coffees when we were waiting on the cleaning service.

“Secret hidden gem in Kiama”
Great location, plenty of space for the entire family. Lots of little extras like tea, coffee, butter, sauces, cooking essentials. Beds and furniture comfortable. No need for car as close to shops & beaches.

“Excellent central location”
The living area is very spacious. The apartment is very centrally located. It’s within walking distance of lots of eateries, coffee shops and the harbour and blow hole. It’s within walking distance of the train to Sydney.
