The location is excellent. It is very close to the town centre and beach. Petro and Kevin are nice couple that sincerely caring about the guests. We arrived a bit late in the afternoon and found a small issue in the property. We told them we could fix the issue ourselves. Surprisingly Kevin turned up in 10 mins and quickly fixed the issue for us. We are very impressive about the quick response, especially in the late afternoon. We very enjoyed our stay and highly recommended the Seabreeze Apartments in Kiama!

Everything was amazing and luxurious including the decor, furnishings, appliances and even the Aesop toiletries. Perfect central location, the apartment had a lift and private secure parking. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

Lots of little touches, cheese and biscuits and bottle of wine on arrival. Emails with all the instructions you'd ever need and follow up text to check everything was ok from host. All great touches. The bed was awesome, had one of the best sleeps I've had in months!

“A Beautiful Place to Stay”

Everything! Especially the communication with the host. You are supplied with a check-in and check-out list one day before you arrive. The instructions are very clear and quite straightforward. We received a text message about 20 minutes after our expected check-in time, asking us if everything was OK and if we needed anything to just reach out. I needed to contact Petro more than a couple of times (with questions I had, not due to anything in or around the apartment), and I was always made to feel welcome and not a nuisance. There's nothing better than knowing that the people who own the property still care for and about it, but more importantly, they care for and about the people renting the place. Access to the apartment is easy (again, thoroughly explained in the pre-check-in documentation). We were welcomed with cheese and crackers, wine in the fridge, and chocolate (we only consumed the cheese - and it was great!), so that was a lovely touch to help us feel at home. The apartment itself is just gorgeous. It is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully supplied. There is a sense of calm as you walk through the light and breezy apartment to the comfortable lounge. And it just keeps getting better. You only need to look from the wrap-around balcony to experience bliss. The proximity to the central strip in Kiama is a short five-minute walk away, and everything you can think of is available. WOW! I don't want to give away too much about this place because you need to experience it yourself. We're going back in July!
