From the instant I booked and received personalised confirmation I knew I made the right choice. The property is easily located, provides parking but also plenty of spots out the front overnight for bigger vehicles like mine. I arrived late after a huge day of work and Liz the manager was a dream. Friendly, kind, informative, patient, it was fantastic to have such an easy reponse after a huge day. The room was 1000% oerfect for my needs. Sparkling clean, beautiful bathroom amentities and everything prepared with care. I manage over 500 holiday homes in my professional career so my standards are pretty high and Nova Kiama knocked it out of the park. It is now my go-to for any work related travel. Well done to the Liz and the team for creating such a welcoming space and comfortable experience.

Close to heart of Kiama and sea Shower head was amazing Undercover parking was great-although there doesn't seem to be 1 per apartment as we arrived for our stay and all bays were full

A little noisy

“So noisy and quite unclean”

This place was unclean and so noisy, it's not worth staying there to save some money When we arrived there were old cheese crumbs/ bits all over the fridge and the bathroom was mouldy with chipped tiles and lots of missing sealant in the shower. The bed had two very visibly dirty 'decorative' pillows on it which were particularly disgusting to have pushed against the pillows we were then meant to sleep on. The floor in the room clearly hadn't been mopped in years as your feet would be brown on the bottom after walking around a few times. Despite all this the worst part of the stay was probably the noise. If any of the rooms on our half of the building used the toilet or shower it would cause so much noise through our room that we had to turn the tv up and raise our voices to speak to one another whenever this happened, naturally this ruckus also meant we woke up whenever someone showered nearby which made for a very unrestful night. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else where you don't feel gross going to sleep and don't get woken up constantly.
