Host was amazing, she provided an amazing dinner and breakfast the next day. A huge selection of local delicacies, best dinner we ate in Georgia. Stunning views from the balcony and terrace.

The highlight of our stay was the incredible dinner prepared by the hostess, Khathuna. It was absolutely unforgettable — a true culinary experience that easily surpassed any restaurant meal we had in Batumi. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely at home.

the living room has a great view and we felt like at home with extra service. Dinner and breakfast was fantastic and even with language barrier we had a great evening with backamon. Also when other guests arrived we had a good talk with them.

“Most wonderful guesthouse in Georgia”

We traveled for 3 weeks through Georgia and this was the best guesthouse! It is actually a spacious apartment with a living room and kitchen and two bedrooms (which you have to book separately). It is beautifully furnished, spotless clean and offers fantastic views. The breakfast was delicious!! The couple who runs the place is very welcoming and sweet. They live beside the apartment. If you your itinerary goes through Khulo make a Stopp and stay there, you won’t regret it.

The hosts are very friendly and we had a fantastic dinner and breakfast georgien type with fruits and vegetables of the owners Garden.Even the good vine was handmade.The view from rooms and terrace is beautyful.The place is cosy and individual,we felt wellcome and had a great time.

A delicious dinner (optional) and breakfast were served over there. An amazing view from the balcony and quiet neighbors. The owners were very nice, and their service was heartwarming. There were cute pets (a dog and a cat). The room was super clean.

The guest family was extremely nice. I came in the evening as I had to make a stop for the night. They prepared an amazing dinner for me (could be enough for a whole family) and also breakfast in the morning. Even with some language difficulties, we socialized in the evening over some backgammon.

Very friendly lady, with Google translate we had a nice conversation about her beautiful vegetable garden surrounding the house. The room was spotless clean. The bed comfortabel. The breakfast was delicious with a local specialty and homemade jam. We could watch netflix in the comfortabel sitting room. Nice view on the mountain. Good washing machine and place to dry clothes outside. All in all perfect!

“Wonderful hidden gem in the middle of nature”

The house is amazingly located and decorated, with gorgeous views and all the amenities you need. The owners made us feel very welcome and home, and the breakfast and optional dinner were delicious. They also helped us sightseeing and with maintaining our bikes (we cycled here) and showing us around and allowed us to do laundry. Their homemade wine and jams were extraordinary! Be sure to visit when you're in the area.
