Staff is excellent. Location is quiet at night and safe but still a short walking distance to the train station and town. Room is large, comfortable and well-equipped. No issues with cleanliness. Recommended.

The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable (the property was part of residential building, they only have 4 rooms; but the building is modern and well maintained); I had very good sleep quality; WiFi worked well; the receptionist was very kind and accommodating. There is no kettle in the room but you can use it in shared kitchen and tea bags / coffee are available. We didn’t have any problem with location, they sent us instructions online upfront and our driver found it easily.

“I left after one night as I hated being there, went back to a proper hotel in Dhaka”

It was not a hotel which is what I searched for on Booking Com, it was not an apartment either. It was a room with shared basic facilities but even the fridge was locked in another room. I left after one night, I hated it mostly because it wasn't what I expected. Either Booking Com at fault or owners, some have given it excellent reviews.

This place is brand new and absolutely spotless. The room really was as good as the photos. Everything worked as it should and the staff were friendly.

Welcoming and professional staff - always happy to help with information. European standard rooms that are modern, comfortable and quiet allowing peaceful rest in Khulna. Excellent location within walking distance (13 minutes) of the main bus terminal. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast (juice, fruit, curries vegetables and paratha) and extra meals provided by the staff. The chicken chow mein is better than we've had in England! Overall a fab stay!

“They committed a security breach”

Hotel asked for my booking confirmation number and pin during checkin. I found this very strange as I’ve never been asked this before over many years of hotel reservations. I had my doubts so I verified with Booking that it was indeed secure information that shouldn’t be handed over. Unfortunately I didn’t verify this before handing it over. This information gives the hotel the power to log in on your booking account and view, change or cancel the booking, as well as leave a fake review in your name. It’s a scam.

The neighbourhood is nice. You won't hear car noises because the main road is far enough. The room standard is easily comparable to what you would find in western countries. Very good WiFi connexion.
