“Homely spacious apartment in lovely neighbourhood”
A homely spacious, very clean comfortable apartment with separate bedroom and private entry. Great peaceful location with a mini mart next door and a fantastic popular restaurant and riverside a few minutes walk away. Lovely hosts, who are happy to help with anything and organised a taxi for us to the border at a reasonable rate.

“Cosy in Khujand!”
Very comfortable cosy apartment in a quiet location. The bedroom was nice and dark so it was easy to sleep. Ibrahim was very helpful during my stay and was available on WhatsApp to book me a taxi (as Yandex doesn't work in Khujand) back to the border. He also spoke very good English!

“Great stay”
The apartment is great and the host was very helpful in giving us recommendations for food and also doing our laundry. It is a bit outside the city centre but there’s a bus station in front of the apartment which brings you quickly in the panjshanbe area.

“Great place”
I did not expect much from this stay but I can say the place is great! It was very clean and everything was well maintained! No paint coming of the walls or chipped furniture. Very comfortable with a good AC, hot shower, fridge, good wi-fi and microwave. Lovely owner that did our laundry and left us water and fruits to enjoy!

A very cozy appartment. Khujand exceeded our expectations in all directions, but this cozy appartment was an essential part of it - it pretty much embodies the aura of a charming post-Soviet city awaiting the Godot of new post-Soviet and post-war opportunities. Paradoxically, Khujand felt more authentically urban than cities like Dushanbe, Samarkand, or Bukhara - so does this appartment - in a positive but (seemingly) paradoxical way.

“Recommend”
Clean appartment.Quiet room. Big room and bathroom. Great wifi. Aircon is great too. Comfortable mattress. Kitchen if needed.10–15 minutes walk to river beach and few restaurants.

The owner at this apartment homestay were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay from A-Z. The house were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breathking view of the surrounding and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. It's totally clean and comfy homestay in city centre. We really had a wonderful stay in Khujand, Tajikistan. Gently fully refurbished, preserving the new furniture's details and with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Easier to park your car as well. Very kind owner and great value for money. It was right in the heart of city centre. Please don't looking for any homestay anymore if you are in Khujand town except to choose this homestay. As fully and truly with sincere recommendation with privacy looking, you should select this homestay!! For sure, we will come back again!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

very nice, heated and clean apartment, near to Khujand’s centre… very good price the host and his father were very kind and really helpful…e.g they helped me to arrange an (enough) long taxi ride from Khujand to the Tajik/Uzbek border in Sarazm (to Samarqand, where I am now, writing from Registon)..they offered me with my complete surprise a traditional homemade Tajik dish and I was very happy !
