lovely staff and stunning hostel - it felt like a big mansion and everyone was so nice and helpful. I loved how social the hostel was and they had a DJ playing when I was there which I thought was pretty cool. I would stay again thank you!

Transportation doesn't work well if you don't have your own means of transport. The owners would need to drive you around and you pay them or call a taxi which is expensive.

Everything was wonderful! The yod crew, the pets, the view, the spot, the music festival! Everything is close and at the same time 20 min away from the city. The location offers chill and nice vibes with beautiful people and at the same time is an amazing spot for festivals!! If you are a traveler, an explorer, or just a passenger you should visit this place definitely!!! Do not visit it if you are a bad person cause this is heaven!

Youth of Dope is an exceptional hostel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Thier values for how they want to live thier lives and the kind of culture they are wanting to create are very much needed in the world. I am 52 and loved my time there. I would like to go back and experiance the music and art too!

Beautiful place with beautiful people. I only stayed here for one night, but for sure want to return for more! It has everything you need to feel comfortable, safe and welcomed.

I loved the green spaces with luscious shade outside, the swimming pool, the lovely pets, and the originality of the hostel's design. I was also amazed by the comfy beds—they were bigger than what you can usually find in hostels and had curtains all around them to preserve privacy!

The property was fantastic, with pool and bar onsite. The beds were big, comfortable and had a privacy curtain.

Chill vibe and nice staff

Very clean and well organised place. The building, also swimming pool and space around - just GREAT! If you are looking for quiet accommodation, that's the one! Not really for crazy party or nightlife... But I needed exactly something like that, so I LOVE IT!!!!! And the most important thing is- the owners and the staff of the hostel is absolutely AMAZING, helpful and super nice! You can not ask for more! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!

“Passable for night before flight in remote village”

-Hostel is a renovated historical family villa and it's spectacular if you like vintage buildings. -staff was very helpful and friendly. -Place has a nice countryside vibe with hammocks and music in the background. -They have pool -there are curtains in the bed and air conditioning is working fine -Wifi works fine

The facilities, the crew and the atmosphere, is just amazing! First time doing a solo trip, and I do not think I could have chosen a better place, the crew and owner are always ready to help, if you have any questions, if it’s hiking spots, good places to eat, or good things to experience on the island, they always have something to come up with. The hostel is also very clean, and well maintained. Nothing to complain about at all, they also offer a good transfer option, from the airport or to different locations on the island, Chania or hiking routes. I will definitely come back!

It’s almost unbelievable it’s just a hostel! The whole place is just beautiful and it’s a very friendly and community-like energy. The bed was comfy and cozy with enough privacy.

Exelent place and afordable. The staff is super nice and really caring. You don’t even need to leave the place if you just want to relax and chill. There is a bar where you can get exelent drinks, coffee, food and snacks. Take a swim in the pool and relax on the sun deck. You can ask for a ride to anywhere you want to go. You can get recomendations for restaurants and places to visit. You can also rent bikes, wash your clothes, play videogames/boardgames and many other services. This was an amazing experiance, we only had reservation for one night but we extendet 6 more days. Because the people there are so nice and hearthwarming that you don’t want to go anywere else. Even thought it’s a hostel it doesn’t feel like it. The sleeping rooms are super private and you get clean sheets every 3 days. Would recomend earplugs for extra comfort. The place is filled with cats and two dogs which are super lovely and the animals add extra character to the place. Love it!

Clean and welcoming hostel at a great price. The staff is super friendly, flexible and ready help with anything. Close to the airport so great for overnight stays and they even offer a cheap pickups from airport and all over Chania. Bystayers were also the nicest and could make staying there a different experience everytime.
