“Nice hotel in Chora Sfakion”

Nice hotel in Chora Sfakion We found this good hotel on our tour of Crete. Large nice room with its own bedroom. The living area also had a kitchen area. The beds were comfortable, which we really appreciated. The staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was ok. Chora Sfakion is a cozy place and a nice starting point for walking the Ombros Gorge, which we did. We had a nice stay here. Chora Sfakion has everything you need for a nice stay. Will be happy to come back. The place is also a ferry port if you have walked the Samaria Gorge.

Locality, pool, breakfast with fresh orange juice, reception ladies trying to be quite helpful, all the breakfast and other staff in the hotel are nice people Liked the check out at 11 and we were happy we could check in sooner than check in time, thank you!

“Very poor accommodation unprepared to recieve guests”

Not much, although we had stayed previously we thought we knew what to expect, but what was not clear at the time of booking was the fact that the hotel was undertaking building work and there were no staff at reception for our entire stay. A change of room made our stay bearable but not luxury.

Super clean room, modern room with a lovely balcony. Water kettle and tea/instant coffee provided. It's less than 5 minutes on foot to the beach or the harbour via the small alleyways. These are not shown on Google maps, just walk down the stairs next to the reception and keep going downhill. We didn't expect pool/restaurant to be open as the season hasn't started yet. Check in/checkout was super easy and very convenient. Parking right in front of the hotel

Everything was wonderful, we felt excellent! The combination of hiking and the pool is ideal. A plus is the breakfast. The room is clean, equipped with everything you need. For us it was also important that there is parking right at the hotel. Also the location is perfect for ferry departures but also for hiking. We felt excellent!

The pool, my kids loved. The apartment was perfect and cleaned everyday And to have access to a washing machine was extra bonus. Couldn't asked for better.

Fabulous stay here - the pictures don’t do it justice. Modern, spacious rooms with amazing views and, friendly helpful staff. Relaxing and comfortable. I even enjoyed walk up stairs from harbour each night.

This is the second year in a row that we’ve returned to this hotel. It was already satisfying last year, and this year it has even improved. Everything was perfect: a large, comfortable, and spotless room. Breakfast of good quality (we love that it’s served by the pool). Friendly and professional staff. Scenic location, yet just a 3-minute walk from everything (restaurants, bakery, convenience store, harbor). We will definitely return next year.

All the staff were warm and helpful. The Swimming Pool was great and in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, clearly recently refurbished. They also made a real effort when my sunglasses were left at the hotel and made sure they got back to me in a swift time. We would happily stay there again as everything was fabulous.

The apartments have been newly renovated and are lovely. We had an ocean view apartment that overlooked Sfakia and is within a few minutes walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The view is amazing. The photos have not been updated yet so was a wonderful surprise to walk into fresh new accommodation. Breakfast was also great, fresh and delicious. The lady looking after us was absolutely lovely and we would not hesitate to stay here again, highly recommended.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, new and well renovated, had an amazing view to the sea. Everyone was welcoming and kind. The breakfast itself was quite an experience as well; it included a lot of Cretan specialties. The location was very convenient. I left my car in the hotel parking and then I could walk everywhere in Chora Sfakion in a short distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here before and booked the same room with breathtaking views in gorgeous Chora Sfakion. The room had just been refurbished and was clean and tastefully done. The staff are very friendly. It is a small walk to the many tavernas on the port. We love this place.
