One of the best stays in 4 years in Ukraine! Staff – from front desk to security, restaurant to laundry service – truly went above and beyond in every aspect. The room was incredible, food at the restaurant was 5* at half the price one would pay in Kyiv, breakfast was outstanding and the location is in walking to distance to all one could/would require. One of the few Hotels that advertised "sound proof" rooms and the really are. My room was street side with a small balcony, am quite noise sensitive – windows closed, barely a sound.

Everything, exceptional service. Fantastic room, super modern yet a contemporary touch. Very very comfortable bed and linen, absolutely perfect!!

The location was superb, and the facilities were excellent. During our stay there was a power outage in the city but the large generator at the hotel ensured that everything was working again within a few minutes.

A modern hotel but a small one. I booked the most expensive suite — so it was quite OK. Great views from windows, good room decorations and furniture, a great bed. We stayed only one night with my wife there so we did not have much chances to test local restaurant well but from what we could see the menu is quite solid and the food is very good.

“Excellent hotel”

It is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I can confirm that it is excellent. Room is well decorated, modern and comfortable, with minibar, coffee and tea. Water is provided for free. Breakfast has a variety of excellent dishes. Service starts at 8 in the morning but you can also have take away box if you do not have time to enjoy at restaurant. In the evening, I had dinner in the restaurant where the menu selection can satisfy everyone. Hotel is centrally located just a few steps from the pedestrian area.

My favourite hotel in Khmelnytskyy) Everything is excellent! Breakfast is fantastic, every room is very modern, every detail of interior is well-designed. I always have a good rest after long trip in this hotel. All staff is responsive and attentive.

I love staying at this hotel, the staff are so polite and friendly and you always feel welcome. The biggest plus points are the restaurant and food on offer - it's just incredible! The vibe is so good here, with cool background music to make you feel relaxed. The rooms are always super clean and a good quiet night of sleep is assured. I can't wait to come back again soon.
