Lovely little hotel with welcoming staff and a perfect location in the old city. Clean, cozy room and they even adjusted the breakfast to accommodate my vegetarian diet. Amazing view from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel and great location! Ali also took care of two excursions for us at a correct price to the Aral Sea and to fortresses on our way to Bukhara. I surely recommend!

The location was exceptional, the roof terrace was the highest in the area giving incredible views over the Ichen Qala, and beyond, The sunset views from there were just magical and will remain forever in my memory,the staff especially the multi lingual Ali were excellent and arranged a good deal for onwards transfer to Bukhara

“Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Khiva!”

The location of this hotel is spot on, the rooms are good size and well equipped. The bed was very comfy and we had such a good night sleep due to no car/human traffic around the area. The staff was very kind, we had a very early departure and they helped with airport transfer and left for us a take away box for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

“Great value little hotel”

A great location in Khiva's Old Town, a few mins walk to restaurants but not noisy at all. The hotel isn't a luxury place but for the very cheap price we paid it was great! The staff were very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. The rooms weren't huge but they had everything we needed. The breakfast was cute and the staff provided it on the rooftop overlooking the old town. If you're looking for comfortable, safe, helpful staff and good-value, I would recommend this hotel.

“Very friendly staff and an amazing location”

The view from their rooftop alone is worth the stay. But aside from that, the room is great and the staff is very friendly. Especially would like to thank Ali for being such a great host. They arranged a trip to the Khorezm fortresses for me that I enjoyed a lot. If I’ll return to Khiva, I won’t have to think twice about what hotel I would pick.

“Great place with great hospitality”

Ali was the most helpful! He let us check in early, helped with cabs for pick up / drop from Urgench, and even let us keep our bags for hours on the last day while we roamed around since we had a late train. We wanted local food suggestions, and he graciously helped. Breakfast was the best we had anywhere in Uzbekistan. And the hospitality was top notch. The location of the hotel is prime - walking distance to both West and North gates!

Beautiful Uzbek-style hotel with a cozy and design. The room was good, clean, and comfortable. Also they provide the free wifi with free transportation to Train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed us an early check-in when we arrived. The location is great—very close to Khiva Old Town. Breakfast was delicious, especially the cream cheese! Recommended.

The hotel was very clean, with a beautiful view from the terrace and an incredibly friendly staff. I truly felt like part of the family during my stay. From this hotel, I also arranged a private tour to visit the fortresses outside Khiva, which was an amazing experience. I highly recommend staying here — all the main attractions were just a short walk away!

Very friendly and welcoming place inside the old walls, very convenient for visiting all the sights. Ali and his team were very kind, arranging a pick up from the train station after our long journey. Tea was offered upon arrival, breakfast was great.

Breakfast was fabulous. We enjoy it on the roof terrace. Hotel staff was more than friendly. It is the best hotel I stayed in Uzbekistan!
