Lovely staff. Greeted with sweets and fruit and tea. Huge varied breakfast. Hot stuff, sweets, nuts, fruits, breads and more. Large room, comfy bed, whisper quiet. Very warm room (it's real cold here in December).

Amazing breakfast

“The best hospitality experience I had in Uzbekistan”

The hospitality sense of the whole family: the little but very smart Mominzha and the really caring Ruxsora and Mamora, the head of the house. I liked so much the breakfast hall in the typical uzbek style, with all the sofas on the floor, the abundance and the variety of the breakfast, the freshly baked manti in the early morning. The they arrange my transport from and back to Urgench. And last but not least, the effort they were doing to overcome the linguistics barriers.

“Great stay in Khiva”

Very clean and cosy place. Rooms are well equipped, even with hair dryer. Breakfast was a feast. I was able to request it at 7 in the morning. Not so far from the Itchan Kala (10mts walk). For the price I paid, this guest house was great!

Incredible friendly atmosphere, I was really amazed by the hospitality. Clean and cozy rooms, very tasty oriental breakfast. Good location not so far from Hiva historical center.
