Hosts were amazing, they were so accommodating. Our breakfast is also great. Super close to the places we wanna explore. We had an overall comfy stay.

“Very pleasant stay away from the touristy areas”
Although the guesthouse is on a busy road, our room was at the back and very quiet with a large balcony, The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and everything worked. Breakfasts were very good - a buffet style with freshly made pancakes (Blini) and Uzbek specialties as well as bread, jams, green tea and coffee (instant, as it is in most places). The owner and his son spoke reasonable English, which made communication easy. Once we found the shortest route, its only about 10 minutes from the north gate of the old city.

The family was very helpful, we even forgot our headphones and they helped to send it to us. Also when we had to leave early in the morning, they made a breakfast sandwich for us. Super lovely stay, would come again!

Everything was really ok. The location is close to the walls. Just 5 min walk. Also 5-10 min to the train station. Spacious room and good breakfast. Would stay again.

“Nice place 10min walk to historical Khiva”
Excellent place, 10 min walk to Itchan Kala, with a friendly staff. Our room was of good size, and we could also enjoy the adjacent dinning room.

Everything. Location (walking distance to station and old city), good bed, good breakfast, beautiful hotel, helpful staff Tip: ignore Google maps when walking to the hotel from the station. Just take the right exit of the station, walk into the small street left of hotel Umar and follow the road.

Lovely Friendly Staff. Good location, Great Breakfast. Would recommend for people wanting a relaxed, comfortable stay.
