Location is great

Everything is very good. There is comfort location, breakfast is good, and The hotel is new, so there are some shortcomings, but it has all the amenities for a relaxing stay.

Excellent location, within the walls of the old city and within a short walk of all the main sights in Khiva. Recently decorated and furnished. The owner did her best to help, despite the language barrier.

This is actually a family home and you get a home filling. Everything is recently renovated and location is just perfect.

The place, not a hotel, not even a guesthouse, more like a homestay, is new. The host is very friendly. Breakfast is rather basic, but plentiful.

My wife & I stayed at this fantastic comfy hotel in khiva . It was the best experience of staying in Uzbekistan. They were so nice and warm-hearted. They even shared their food with us, and it was so delicious 😋 .
