The location was perfect. It was in Ichan Kala. AC wqs working perfectly which is rescue us from hot weather.

The host was brilliant and accommodative, as we were vegetarians they prepared vegetarian dishes off the menu for us for free. they even allowed to use their kitchen to make Indian tea. They welcomed us as family, and were pleasant in their dealings. the rooms were excellent clean with good bathrooms. only recommendation if they can install jets in the toilets to help Indian tourists. The location is also good, close to gate so that you can easily move out if needed to experience outside ichan kala

Excellent location within fortress of Khiva, welcoming hosts and easy communication.

Very kind staff and super location in the heart of the old town. We also did the fortresses tour with them that was very good. Very much recommended

We stayed here two nights. Lovely room, quiet neighbourhood, good bed, delicious and filling breakfast, good wifi, hot shower over a bath, lovely family, welcoming. Located within the city walled area which makes it very easy to get to the tourist attractions. We had to leave early on our second morning and we were kindly given a packed breakfast. Hot and cold water always available. Easy to park outside the city walls a short walk away but parking also possible outside the accommodation (it was easier for us to park outside the walls). Pin on booking.com is accurate and property easy to find.

Ambience and good behaviour of the property owners.

The room was very nice and conveniently located within Itchan-Kala. The bed and service were excellent. Highly recommended! When I arrived in the afternoon, the room wasn’t ready yet, but they kindly offered me tea so I could rest for a while. The next day, I left quite early to Aral Sea, and they prepared a breakfast box for me, which I really appreciated.

Fantastic location , literally around the corner from all of the historic main sites in the old city . 20 minutes walk from railway station (yandex app is available in Khiva, taxi to/from Urgench airport 75000 to 100,000 som depending on time of day) . Lovely host family . Good selection at breakfast. Quiet location . Spotlessly clean room on arrival . Good sized room (6) , all but one room on top floor . Decent air conditioning unit.

The property's location was good, pretty close to the main historical sites. Owners were really welcoming and very attentive. Breakfasts are standard, nothing to write home about.

Friendly, helpful, very clean, very good breakfast, good internet. Good hot water in the shower. Hot and cold water dispenser available all day in the breakfast room so you can make your own hot drinks. Beds were very comfortable and the room had everything needed. Location within the Ichan Qal'a was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return again. Thank you Shodlik.

Location was quiet but just a few minutes walk to the tourist attractions. Lovely courtyard with flowers. Has place to hang laundry. Family-run lodge. Hosts are quiet but respectful. Breakfast at the dining area was good.

“The perfect place to stay in Khiva”

The accommodation is quiet and calm, and hosted by a very friendly and helpful family. The location was incredible, right within the Ichan Kala and easy walking to everywhere. We always had more than enough to eat for breakfast. The wifi connection was excellent. It was very nice to have access to cold and hot water through the water cooler, and access to a communal fridge. Overall it was a pleasure to stay and I would highly recommend it!
