Love this place. Artfully created, staff is wonderful, breakfast is good. Inside the walls and it looks fantastic.

“Excellent Stay”

The location was excellent, just inside the south gate of the Ichan Kala in a quiet residential area but only 5mins walk from all the main sites and restaurants. Accessible by car. The staff, particularly Abdurahmon, could not have been more attentive or helpful. Breakfast was a buffet style with a great variety of food on offer. Very tasty and they also had a coffee machine. The rooms were spacious, clean with a good working air con. Beds were comfortable and water was hot. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Khiva.

Inside the walls of Khiva. Clean comfortable room. Very pleasant staff - one day both electricity and water were both turned off in the whole of old Khiva - however they managed to bring hot pot of tea to our room.

“Good location”

The reception guy Abul Akmed very very good likewise cleaning staff. Down side was the owner just felt he was not nice guy and I have to say the apple does not fall far from the tree his son was the same just worried about payment and no appreciation of their staff shame . Maybe being bit harsh just my feelings from what I noticed sorry .

This hotel has excellent location inside the old town but directly in front of one of the gates: easy to access by car, no need to drag luggage in the inaccessible heart of the old town. Also, the street is silent and there is no excessive touristic activities such as dance shows that go on daily in heart of the old town. Young receptionist was extremely kind, helpful and effective - warm thanks to him. Hotel helped to arrange airport transportation. With payment there was information cut (we were asked to pay for the hotel, what we did, but then the driver and owner were asking us to pay again at the airport. However, finally they recalled that payment had been made already the day before). Breakfast space is impressive and very unique.

Clean and comfortable rooms with an ideal geographical situation inside the fortress. Unfortunately the rooftop in under construction and not accessible.

Location super-convenient: cars can get there (so, no troubles when arriving and leaving with the suitcases) but 2 min walk for all the monuments. Owning family very friendly, very good breakfast. Very spacious room.

Peaceful position just inside the South gate. Lovely breakfast. Wonderful staff. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Two bottles of water delivered every day. I also did a tour to see some forts in the desert with the hotel tour company and it was great! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Clean, within old city walls and 3 mins walk to centre.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was truly worth it. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from town, and the breakfast was lovely. I definitely hope to visit again.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk around the old town from the hotel. The room was clean and quiet, and surprisingly warm on some chilly nights. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Excellent location, quiet and just inside the city walls. Spacious breakfast/dining area with good breakfast, and spacious comfortable bedroom. Reception staff were helpful and arranged our driver to Bukhara. Excellent value for money.

Everything is really good. Staff friendly, bed nice, warm shower good breakfast and location.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is just next to the south gate. Breakfast is really nice with fresh fruits. Staff are nice and helpful. We had a great time in Xiva.
