The staff were extremely helpful and made every effort to accommodate all requests. The breakfast was traditional Uzbek with some variety day by day. The location is excellent for the railway station but still only 10-15 mins walk from the old town.

“Excellent swimming pool and very close to train station”

The swimming pool area was lovely, with a good sized pool and you could get drinks to relax there too. Our kids really enjoyed it. Other positives are the location, with it being a 2 minute walk across the road to the train station. There is a really good restaurant next door too. The staff were friendly.

This hotel is 2 mins opposite the railway station. After a long train journey to get to Khiva it is ideal so close to the station. Only a ten minute walk a lot in shade to the old city of Itchan Kala this is a better option than those inside the old city which simply don’t have the same comfort level or nice cool swimming pool. Breakfast was very good and rooms large with good air con. With seriously hot summer temps over 40c it’s perfect.

The location was very convenient for the station - about 10-15 minutes walk to the old walls. The room was big. The bath was huge! The bed was comfortable. The laundry service was very fast and good value. All of the staff were very helpful and nice.

The staff was very friendly. And the facilities and cleanliness of the property are both top-notch in the area. In particular, the prices at the restaurant next to the hotel are cheaper than those nearby. And like hotels in Thailand and Southeast Asia, a bidet with a hose is installed. Very clean.

they checked us in for 9am in the morning. after an overnight flight, to be able to check in early morning in the hotel was great!

What is there to say other than perfect. Got off the train and checked in all in 5 mins as it's literally across the road. A pedestrianised walkway way links to itchan Kala and it's a 15 min walk from the hotel. Close enough to make daily trips back and forth which is what we did. Bathroom and bedroom were spotless. Breakfast was varied thus offering a wide choice. Reception staff were courteous and helpful and arranged our taxi back to Urgench. All in all great place to stay with great staff
