The guesthouse is right inside the Ichan Kala, within walking distance of all the main sights of Khiva. The placeis cozy, tidy, clean and decorated in typical Uzbek fashion. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful at all times and really make you feel like home. My room was provided with all the necessary amenities, and breakfast is abundant! Plus, tea, coffee and water are always available. I recommend this place if you're traveling solo or in a small group!

Excellent location. Literally a minute’s walk from the Islam Khoja Minaret. Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was too hot and the immediately sorted it out. Excellent, huge breakfast. When they made Somsa in the balcony they shared it with me.

Friendly people await you at this homestay. Breakfast is ample, and with new equipment the mattress issue has been resolved.

Location is super strategic, 2min walking distance to main attraction, another plus point is the staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived very early, and they allow me to check in early. And also since its in winter and i’m lazy to walk around find restaurant, i requested them to also cook lunch for me. The plov and dumpling was very nice and its a lot till i had to ask for container to bring the dumpling to my train to Bukhara. Overall, place is very clean, breakfirst is normal, free flow coffee and tea, and staff are super friendly.

The family were accomodating and the location is excellent, in a quiet spot right by the main strip in the old town but away from the tourist bustle.

The family that run the business is very kind, really nice people and amazing place! The location is fantastic, just next to all the important things to see. I did the fortresses excursion with them and the drive was excellent 👌🏻 Absolutely the best choice I could make!

“Basic guesthouse in central location”

Cosy and charming guesthouse run by a nice family. It’s very close to the center, so location is great. The AC worked reasonably well, and there was a water dispenser - no fridge, though. There were a couple of water and electricity outages. The beds are hard; I asked for a blanket and slept on that which helped.

The family that runs the hotel were very welcoming and hospitable, food was homemade and tasty , room was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable and location couldn’t have been better to explore the old town of Khiva. Would highly recommend.
