Incredible location, great hosts, room was super comfortable and breakfast anazing

The location is really nice. Its within the Itchen Kala, which is the fortress of Khiva. The staffs are very Nice and friendly. Then even allowed us to check out lately due to our train timing.

really nice stay in the center of the old town of Khiva. The family was really nice and took good care of us. We had dinner every evening there fir 7 dollars each, it was great and every night a different dish. We were with a small kid and we could put one mattress on the floor so he could sleep on it without falling. I recommend the place

The location is inside Itchon Qala so to pass the gate you will either need to buy the famous ticket or to explain that your hostel is inside and you will return to buy a ticket later. Important since the ticket is valid 24 hours and not as they tell you: 2 days. Still it is worth to pass the night inside the walls and see Khiva when all the day tourists left. The guesthouse very clean, staff nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very rich. Got us going till late afternoon. You may also ask for dinner to be prepared for you at the guesthouse. Just earlier notice in the morning is needed. All good!

The family was really kind and helpful, they also woke up really early to prepare a take away breakfast when we went to the Aral Sea! The Guest House is in a perfect position, 2 minutes walking from everything! The breakfast was great !

The location is great, very near to the city center. The family who runs the hostel is friendly and helpful. They helped us with the laundry and also with the taxi going to Karalpakstan. Clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended!

It's just fantastic place! In the same heart of Chiva old town, very clean and cozy. But the greatest advantage of the place are its hosts. They are so friendly (in natural way), so nice and helpful, that during entire stay we were feeling like we spent the time with our family. Our 11 yo son got sick in Chiva and the hosts called immediately doctor for him twice and helped us with everything. Warmly recommended!

Super nice owner who tries to help in.everything she can. Very good english spolen. It feels like a real guesthouse. We had a big nice room, a clean bathroom and it was in the heart of the old town.

Great Guest House, a few steps from the main square in Old City. Beautiful breakfast and wonderful hosts, who are very wellcome and they are invite us for family dinner and we really enjoy. On check out they organized transfer to airport.

Hospitable family, very big room with airco, comfortable beds, quiet room and in the middle of the center of Khiva. Everything is in short walking distance. The daughter speaks perfectly English and the mother wants to help with everything

Located perfectly in the city center, everything we needed was provided in the room. My parents and I were traveling in 4 cities in Uzbekistan, all of the rooms were clean and cozy, but the one in Khiva was the most comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed Khiva thanks to this apartment and the hospitability of the hosts. Not only they provided the best food we ever tried in whole Uzbekistan, they are also very kind and interesting interlocutors. 10/10

“Very good Guest House”

Perfect guest house to stay in, it is in the heart of the city within the citadel. Amazing family staff, clean, comfortable room and hearty and delicious breakfast. I really recommend!
