Very nice and cozy hotel with an unbelievable location. Having (great) breakfast on the terrace and overlooking the old town of Khiva is fantastic. Super nice staff, not too expensive, would fully recommend!

“Location Location Location”
The location of the hotel is superb.I had a great room .Price was reasonable and it included breakfast. Really liked the roof terrace to chill out and watch the world go by.

We found the extremely friendly and family-like atmosphere particularly special. Islambek (that's the name of the son and employee) gave us lots of good advice on all our questions; he was also interested in our stories. If anything was missing at the breakfast table, it was immediately provided.

“Perfect location with stunning views”
Absolutely perfect! The view of Itchan Kala from our window and the balcony was breathtaking, as was the view at breakfast 🌞 Very clean and well set out with a lovely breakfast choice, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful ancient city and wants accommodation within the walls 🇺🇿

“Beautiful hotel with fascinating view”
A wonderful family-run hotel with a stunning view of the fascinating Khiva. Our group stayed for two nights and we enjoyed everything. The hotel owner was wonderful and always ready to help. There was a wide variety of breakfast options and a beautiful view from the terrace and rooftop. We would definitely stay here again!

“Great hotel”
The selling point for this hotel is 100% the views - they are the best in khiva with the terrace and balcony both overlooking the blue minaret. Hotel is spotlessly clean and really friendly staff. Good breakfast too

The location is incredible - right in the centre. The room was clean, comfortable, with a fridge and good a/c. Bathroom was good. Views from our window were excellent. Staff (young man) was polite.

“Lovely place to stay in Bukhara”
I like the toilet the most because it’s new and has floor heater so it is very convenience and comfortable to step in during winter days . Frontdesk Staff was amazing because he packed us bfast to go when we had to leave early 3am to catch our train

Great location. Right opposite Khunya ark. Very pretty hotel. Very good traditional breakfast. Clean bathroom and facilities. Place smelt great. Staff were helpful but not always present.
