“Central guest hoise”
Right in the heart of Ichn Khala in Khiva. Spacious room. AC. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Breakfast on the roof sun room was nice.

Family environment. Host is very co-operative. While we were checking out, they come outside to the Taxi to see us off and greet good bye.

The location is excellent. Within the city walls and one minute walk from the khuna ark.

Quiet, well situated guest house. The daughter speaks some english. The house being inside the old city, you do not have to pay entrance to the city, if you are staying there, though you do need a ticket if you want to visit the museums etc. The guest house can also organise tours.

“Peaceful stay in the heart of Ichan Qala”
The guesthouse is ideally located within Ichan Qala, just a short walk from all the main monuments, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The matresses were very comfortable. The homemade breakfast was delicious and changed daily. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at reception after check-out.

Good location, close to the monuments, but still quiet. Tasty breakfast, and paid separately for three dinners which were also good and reasonably priced. Friendly family who provided yogurt for my wife who had a bad stomach

Exceptional hospitality. We felt very much at home, they went out of their way to help us in an unexpected emergency. That apart, very filling great breakfast, ac and TV made for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was good for money given. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Family owned boutique hotel just back side of main square in old town. They allowed check in at 08:00 am.

Family guesthouse in the old city centre. All main attractions are in walking distance. Rooms have a good standard. Bathroom is clean. AC is working. The young lady that appears as the main host (since she speaks the best English) is friendly and committed.

The little rooftop for breakfast is great and the location of this place is amazing. You are right in the city just a 2 minute walk from the West Gate. Make sure to bring cash like everywhere in Uzbekistan.
