Great location, just outside the walled part of the city but a very quick walk. The old school was beautifully done and such a nice calm place to stay. The staff are so lovely and I really liked the breakfast.

“Perfect Khiva stay”
Setting was amazing, like staying at a museum. The balcony room was brilliant and the terrace was cool too. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

“BEST VALUE FOR MONEY HISTORIC HOTEL IN KHIVA”
Family hotel 5mns walk from the Khiva old city located in an ancient Madrasah. Rooms are located in the former student cells and are clean. Large bathroom. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff always ready to help and provide advices!

Historic building close to Old City- view from hotel‘s minaret was amazing and an enjoyable climb. Luckily the Lazmi music festival was on and we could enjoy the festival. Enjoyable breakfast

“Atmospheric and convenient place to explore Khiva.”
The Madrassa is a wonderfully atmospheric and very convenient place to stay within about 5 minutes of the Ichan Qala East Gate. As a former madrassa, most rooms don't have windows but look out onto a lovely interior courtyard. We had a 'family room' which had an exterior facing window and entrance into the main courtyard. This was a lovely place for breakfast and sitting out in the evenings. The staff were both pleasant and very helpful. As a bonus, it has its own minaret which can be climbed for a great city view. Recommended.

“Beautiful madrasa close to the heart of Khiva”
Very stylish and comfortable accommodation in an old madrasa right outside the old town (Ichan qala) of Khiva. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast (the best we had in Uzbekistan).

“A unique stay near Ichan Kala”
An old converted madrasah with good hearty breakfast. Decor was absolutely beautiful and room was clean. Located just outside the East Gate of Ichan Kala. Khadijah at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with.
