“Super staff, great location and lovely home made breakfast”
Very close to the monuments and madrasa, exactly at the west gate (I Guess) of the Itchan Kala. The staff was super kind and friendly, the breakfast was amazing and everything homemade, delicious! We felt part of the family :-)

The hosts were extremely helpful. They made us feel welcome and at home. They provided an outstanding breakfast each day. The room was comfortable, and the AC was a lifesaver in the heat. The location within the old city is hard to beat. It is close to all the sights. My family thoughroughly enjoyed our stay.😊

Location of the property is fantastic, right in the heart of the walled city, with the attractions being just across the road. The breakfast spread was superb. The host and family (who occupy a part of the property) are very friendly and helpful. Communication were mostly undertaken through translator apps, but worked fine. The room was clean with updated basic amenities. AC worked fine. Overall, a great value for money and superb stay.

Cute guesthouse in Khiva, very well situated close to pretty much everything. The rooms are comfortable but we didn’t have bathrooms in our room and needed to go in another room with people living inside to use their bathroom so wasn’t very convenient. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay, the staff was nice and breakfast good.

Good location where is near Kuhna Ark. Nice family, I can check in at 08:30 without additional cost. The breakfast is very full. If I travel Khiva again, I will stay here again.

Super nice experience ! The owner's family was very kind, always taking care of us and trying to do their best for our confort. We spent times with them playing and cooking, a very cool cultural exchange ! And the guest house is very very well located, inside the Itchan Kala, less than 5 walking minutes of all the monuments. It is the perfect place for enjoying Khiva (by day and night). We highly recommend
