Nice location near the main gate of Itchan Kala. The rooms are tidy and clean, tasty breakfast and helpful staff. I highly recommend. Dilshod was quite friendly and organised private transfer for me to Bukhara, which was quite smooth and great experience.

The reception was very helpful and kind! We communicated through Whatsapp multiple times before arrival for confirming pick up service and day tour driver. He was very patient to answer my questions and clear my doubts. The room was clean and breakfast was very delicious. Great hospitality in conclusion! Highly recommend.

“A great place”

This tiny hotel is perfectly situated, just a 2 minute walk from the West Gate of the old town. Breakfast was varied and served in the courtyard. The staff was very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean.

“Nice family guesthouse”

Very cosy family guesthouse, located just outside of the old town gates.

Everything works perfectly, clean, nice design. Very helpful stuff. Good position between city walls and garden restaurant.

New and clean rooms, very comfortable. Really nice staff. Breakfast is yummy. Close to the ticket office ti visit the old town.

“Wonderful”

Lovely hotel walking distance from Itchan Kala - 2 mins. Family run and they go out of their way to help with everything. Catered for my baby son got milk, washed my bottles etc happily without any problems. Clean room and bathrooms. Made whatever we asked for breakfast. Arranged airport pick up through them which was smooth. Can’t complain and would stay here again. Please note they do not have a card machine . So either cash or bank transfer. However when we tried to bank transfer there was no account number or IBAN so had to go to atm and get cash, luckily the machine had enough . So I do feel cash is most sensible option .

Stay at Khiva Khan was really great, very nice and clean facilities! The host family is really nice and helpful. A big plus is that the son speaks good english and was so nice to help with different things, among them organizing a private taxi from khiva to Bhukara for a fair price. Very comfortable beds and efficient heating for cold days! Good breakfast.

Very close to downtown. The owners are very kind. We couldn’t have breakfast one day and they prepared a meal pack to take away. I would recommend this hotel when you stay in Khiva. Best Quality-price ratio. We were a group of people and we could select the size of rooms for the same price.

Very Spacious and clean room. And very close to the old city. Run by a family of which the son speaks very good English. Grandmother is such a sweet woman, preparing a wonderful breakfast each morning.
