“Perfect stay in Khiva”

Very hospitable hosts who made us feel at home, superb location in the Itchan Kala old town in Khiva close to all the main sites, good breakfast provided, working A/C, affordable price. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable guest house with nice breakfasts and amazing friendly hosts. We felt like home. Perfect location - close to everything but very quiet. The owners trued to meet every our wish, we preferred a guest house to a hotel to learn more about local traditions, lifestyle and people - it was a right choice for us. We will gladly come back again!

The location of the hotel was good because it was right next to the wall, and it was also close to the center of Ichankala. And I enjoyed my meal very much. It was also very nice to take a rest because it was quiet.

I had a wonderful stay at Khiva Ibrohim Guest House. The family were extremely hospitable, warm, and friendly, which made the stay feel very welcoming and personal. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the old city, where you’ll spend most of your time in Khiva, so it makes an excellent base for exploring. The breakfast was hearty and generous, and the price is extremely affordable, offering very good value for money. What makes the guest house even more special is the family history. They have been there for over 300 years, which adds real charm, culture, and tradition to the experience. A genuinely authentic and memorable place to stay in Khiva. I would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here. It’s located within the city walls, just few minutes from main tourist spots. Breakfast was the best we had in Uzbekistan and hosts were very kind and helpful. The place was very clean and quiet, we would definitely recommend staying here

Really lovely family-run guesthouse. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The location is near one of the gates and taxis can stop right in front of the gate. Away from the crowds, it felt like living in a real living neighbourhood. The best thing was the family that run the guesthouse. They take hospitality really seriously and have nuts, raisins, tea and coffee available for guests at all times. They also very kindly left me breakfast really early in the morning, and in the end got up anyway and made me some freshly cooked breakfast anyway. I would absolutely come back again.

The hosts are absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast each morning, and the location is unbeatable, tucked right inside the city walls and just a short walk from all the major attractions. Our room was both spacious and impeccably clean.

The location is great, just 5/10 minutess walk from the main attractions of the old city, breakfast is excelent; the owner organized transfers which made easy to plan the trip. Above all, they really go the extra mile to make your stay confortable, answered my questions fast and to the point via booking,, gave me very useful tips and even asked if my tranfer was ok after I reached my next destination.

The family that runs the guesthouse are lovely. Didn't have any problems at all. Rooms were nice and big and comfortable. Location is great, 3 mins walk from the main square. Great value for money. That's for everything
