Best stay I experienced in Uzbekistan. The breakfast is great, house is cute and right next to the attractions.

The place was very clean, it had all comforts we needed. They helped us every time we asked for something and even accommodated a request for an earlier breakfast on the last day.

The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The location was great, right in Ichan Kala, near the touristic area but away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was very nice. Since it has been raised in other comments, it must be noted that there were mattress toppers on the beds which softened them.

Clean and very central place. They have a nice terrace for chillen.

The place is close to all the attractions, right in the center. The breakfast is served in the top floor which is cozy. The rooms are simple and very clean, with space to put luggage etc. The family was the kindest, I left something behind and they helped me sending this thing from Khiva to Nukus super fast.

Perfectly placed small guesthouse within the old town. Pleasant indoor/outdoor balcony which would be very pleasant in the hotter season. the family was very welcoming and friendly. Very good simple and ample breakfast. Bathrooms and showers were good.

Really accommodating staff. Comfortable and clean rooms and a good location.

The location is breathtaking. The decor of the room was amazing. Useful little foyer area to take off the coats and shoes. The breakfast bread was exceptional. They served us some complimentary tea bags and toffees which were very welcoming.

Breakfast was served on the roof, it had heavy see through plastic to avoid any wind so it was quite warm. There was a variety of of fresh fruits, yogurt, jam, breads, eggs, pastry and crepe. Plus a variety of nuts. It was serve to us, much nicer than the usual buffet.

It was our second time at Abdulla's guest house. Kamel and his family are a true example of Uzbek hospitality, they really put their own heart to provide the best service for visitors. The accomodation is located inside the magnificient Itchan Qala, close to all historical monuments. The apartman is very clean, cozy, ideal for both solo travelers and families. The traditional homemade breakfast is so delicious with a wide variety of Uzbek flavors. Thank you once again for receiving us and for the amazing New Year's Eve dinner. I recommend everyone to stay at Abdullah's guest house once they are in Khiva and hope to return again in the near future.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything went smooth with communication and the location of the guest house is convenient. It is close to all historic sites and in a same time the street is quiet.

Great location. Very welcoming. All facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with crepes, fruit and eggs. We liked it so much that we extended our stay.

The place is really nice and for this price it's actually amazing. The staff is great and at the same time you can stay alone if you want what was important for me. The bathroom was great and clean, breakfast is wonderful.
