“Great stay in Khans Palace hotel, Khiva”

The hotel is inside the fort complex, its a wonderful location to stay in as we could walk around the fort & see all the sights in a couple of hours. As we had a morning flight we had to leave by 7 am , before breakfast starts, we were handed over packed breakfast packets, which was such a nice thing for us

Such a lovely family owned hotel , with a lovely terrace, breakfast area so nice . The lady brought me such a rich breakfast ! The owners daughter is a sweetheart !

We loved our stay here—it’s right inside the old city, so everything was within walking distance. The room had a great mix of traditional charm and modern comfort, and all the facilities felt new and well-maintained. It was very quiet at night, even though the door wasn’t soundproof. Luckily, other guests were respectful and kept things quiet late at night, so we slept really well. Our room didn’t have an outside window, but the thoughtful design still made it feel cozy and pleasant. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—hands down the best one we had during our trip in Uzbekistan. For the price, we were blown away by the variety and quality of the food. Everything was delicious, and the little dining area was charming and beautifully set up. Overall, a really comfortable and convenient place to stay in Khiva!

Just a very lovely stay. And the staff were so welcoming and helpful. I cannot believe however that I did not take a picture of the magnificent rooftop view that I saw on my check in. Cannot rate this place highly enough. THANK YOU

The owner and employees of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They immediately answered every question we asked them and helped us. The hotel was newly built and everywhere was very clean. The restaurant part was very cool and the breakfast was very pleasant. Also, the location in the castle was very close to everywhere. When you go to Hiva, you should definitely stay here.
