I had a wonderful relaxing stay at Boyjon Ota Guest House. Host was always available to answer my queries and excursions. The breakfast, superb, different each morning. Very lively stay.

Unbelievably cute, green and cosy outside sitting area where you can enjoy your breakfast or just relax. Location could not be better - literally steps away from key attractions. Strongly recommend!

The location, the ambience, the owner and staff were all great. Breakfast was good. The garden is lovely and right in the Old Town.

The location was very central. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast on the traditional tapchan was wonderful. Highly recommended we would stay again.

“Fantastic garden”

Fabulous garden area seemed unique in the central location of Khiva. Room (no 3) was small but clean a kettle was provided. But you could sit and relax in the garden all day if you wanted which remained cool enough in the shade and very pleasant. Staff friendly and helpful. English all via google translate but worked well.

Though simple, the guest house was very nice and we had a very good breakfast. Very close to all points of interest of Khiva. Also great to have the 2 tapchans to rest in the afternoon or enjoy at night.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town, nice garden. The room has everything you need, the hosting family is very welcoming (difficult to communicate though, except for the owner). The breakfast was varied and very tasty.

The host is very accommodating, we arrived on a cold winter day, and there were only us, so the host moved us into the warmest room in the house! Also, although they can’t speak English, communicating through Google translate and WhatsApp works smoothly😆

Located inside the old city, this is a very nice family place. Nice big room, very clean, very nice breakfast. The family also has a taxi service, where they offer trips top see the old forts in Karakalpakstan.
