“Perfect location and very nice place to stay”

Perfect location. The guesthouse is inside the city walls, but in a quiet area. It is also close to one of the gates, so it's easy to get out of the old town if you want. Taxis can drop you off right in front of the guesthouse. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is a terrace with few tables, nice place to sit and watch the city walls. Wonderful breakfasts, prepared with fresh ingredients and plenty of variety. The best ones we had during our two-weak trip through Uzbekistan. I would definitely stay here again!

Inside the fortress. All the attractions are within walking distance. The guest house is run by a family. Homely breakfast.Rooms are good, spacious. The toilet is basic, old fashioned.

I truly love this guest house and felt so thankful I decided to choose this place for my stay in Khiva. The room was super comfy and clean. The location is walkable enough to all the touristy sites but quiet enough for you not to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Itchan Kala, ensuring that you're getting a peaceful sleep at night. The breakfast spread was also super lovely and you have access to their pantry at all times. On top of that, the hosts are warm and always ready to help. Please don't think twice and just book this place!

The place was wonderful :) the hosts have been extremely kind. Very flexible with check in and check out, breakfast was so great that we had some food left also for snacks and lunch. Tea and coffee always available, and we could enjoyed them in the traditional Uzbek terrace. Absolutely recommended!

Fantastic location in the walled town, but in a quieter part with easy access for Yandex. The family are really very kind, and the breakfast was amazingly extensive and generous. Strong fast wifi The room was clean and well equipped, mine had a slight cigarette smell more notable in the bathroom but it was still a great stay regardless of this

“Family atmosphere, relaxed pace and place”

Khiva was my favourite place on the trip and this accommodation made it even more special. This guest house is run by the young family and it felt like being at home :). We were kindly picked from and dropped off the station by the owner, the lady of the house laid out lovely breakfasts. We were privileged to sample the traditional Uzbek plov, cooked with love for the family itself and they fed us too! The location is superb, just inside the old town, within easy walking distance to the middle of old town and outside the walls. We had the most memorable stay in Dilorom guest house, we wholeheartedly recommend this place. 😊

“Great location but found the bed uncomfortable.”

Location is great and family are kind, welcoming etc. We stayed in the triple room which is a great size and was clean. Shower was really good. Overall it offers value for money for the location if staying for a night or two but perhaps plan to have breakfast elsewhere.

I seldomly write review but for this guesthouse, I couldn't resist. Very welcoming family. Assist me for transfer to and from the guesthouse. Helpful and friendly family members. As a solo traveller, I felt safe, provided and they always ease everything for me. Location is perfect! No doubt, book and stay with them.

“Wonderful stay in Khiva’s old town”

The guesthouse is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very big, clean, & well furnished. The breakfast was varied & delicious. The location is great: near an old city gate, but not in a loud or crowded area. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Khiva!!

The staff was really friendly and available to help. The room was so big, we also had a table in our room. The guesthouse is inside the Itcha Kala, so we can walk to visit all Khiva.

The place is in the heart of historical centre in a quiet corner of it. The owners are very kind at heart. Bedrooms are indeed spacious and beds are super comfy.

Great location, inside the city walls. Walking to all sights on 5 mins distance. Run by a nice family (not a lot of English). Beautiful balcony with view on city wall. This part of the innercity (north gate) is nice and quiet and without many tourists.
