We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It's in a fantastic position for exploring the city. The room was very clean, there were always bottles of water for guests, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a relax area where you can make yourself a cup of tea and enjoy some dried fruit. The receptionist is extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. He picked us up at Urgentana Airport when we arrived at 5:00 AM. Since we couldn't stay for breakfast, they prepared two take-out boxes for us. “Excellent”
The hotel is located within old City Khiva, which itself is a fort. Its an old building like other hotels in Khiva, newly furnished perhaps. Rooms are bit small but didn't matter for us as we only stayed for 10 hours. Beds comfortable, room neat & clean. Water bottles were available in room. Hotel also arranged us Taxi from Urgench Airport to Khiva, cost$15 midnight. The owner Izzat is a very honest & cooperative guy. He will help you wherever needed. The breakfast is very good. Hotel location is on quiet street, so you can enjoy sleep uninterrupted. Our request for late checkout was approved as we checked in very late. We enjoyed our stay here. Thanks.

“Great place with a nice location”
The family that runs the hotel is absolutely amazing. The owner also works on a very nice restaurante and helped us with a reservation. The place has good internet connection, and awesome location, just next to a mini-market. We would absolutely stay here again.

A really well run family run guesthouse. Rozmatbek very kind and helpful but at the same time discreet. Breakfast varied and really abound! Very welcome the idea of always leaving water, tea, coffee and fruit available to guests. You come back tired after shooting and you can have a coffee in peace. Like at home and even better!

Excellent location. Inside the old town and all the attractions are walkable distances. It is a clean and neat family guest house, and the owner is very helpful.. breakfast is excellent.
