The property is impressive and the rooms and big and comfortable.

It is a new and pristine hotel - everything in our room looked sparkling and clean. Our room was spacious, with a balcony. It was quiet too. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety (even for a vegetarian) even though there were not a lot of guests staying at the hotel

Very nice quite new hotel. Well maintained. The inner courtyard is very pleasant. The entire team (reception, room service, restaurant, housekeepers) is very helpful, professional and available for any request. Spacious, modern and quiet room equipped with all necessary amenities. The room is very clean. The hotel also has a large swimming pool. The food at the restaurant is very good, with a mix of local and international dishes. I will gladly return here on my next visit to Khiva.

New, large hotel, more suitable for business travellers and as a conference hotel. Top service, friendly staff. Modern, luxurious design. Large rooms.

Very spacious facilities with a beautiful inner yard decorated in traditional Uzbek style. The breakfast offers a good selection, and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was elaborate and excellent , prepared and served individually, making it a wonderful personalized experience uniquely different from other hotels. The facility is big and wonderfully managed. I couldn’t find any fault !

Good location. Very good breakfast

Liked the room, helpfulness of staff, sauna. The staff went beyond the call of duty. We had a booking in the old city and that hotel was supposed to send a taxi. When none appeared, and the Yandex driver refused to help us with our luggage, the front desk organized a taxi where the driver would help. Lovely people.
