“Great for a short chilled family break”

Great value for money hotel that's quiet and family-focused. Our apartment was basic, but spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and supported with any additional requests. The hotel pool is on the smaller side, but fun for kids. For Khashab itself, it's very quiet and lovely. During the summer, there's not much to do, but we enjoyed a tour to see wild dolphins, and there are some good restaurants and coffee shops. Smaller stores are cash only, and you can haggle. Dressing modestly is recommended both at the hotel and around town. All adults at the pool were full covered (tshirts and shorts for men and leggings and longer tops for women).

“Great price but never book ground floor”

I was quite happy first day, as staff was excellent and for the excellent price hotel was great. However second night was very bad - all rooms on the ground floor are connected by corridor to the reception area and doors are very thin. All arriving guests at night take complete freedom to talk as loud as they care, plus kids, so sleeping is impossible. I called reception 2 times asking to fix that, in vain. 3rd time I went there at 2am asking to keep quiet, but again didn’t help. I understand it’s not a 4 seasons, but if they don’t understand that their guests want to sleep, they need to put an extra doors at the reception or some carpet on the floor or replace doors, to reduce sound and noise. Breakfast is very Indian style but ok for 2 times. Beds are very uncomfortable and aircon super noisy. But all these issues could be expected, however not the service of that kind.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options. Staff kept everything well stocked, and the dining area was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room was not clean, and basic amenities were missing. The staff was unhelpful and slow to respond to requests. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue was not resolved. Considering the price, the service did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful for organizing activities and day trip within the musandam peninsula. The breakfast was good and everyday offers various type of meal.

This is really a good hotel in Khasab. Exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Nicely done with traditional touch. Rooms are spacious and everything basic is provided. Excellent value for money. I had a great stay. All the staff was polite and responsive particularly Haleema at reception was very welcoming and guided me patiently about what to do during my trip.
