“Delicious food but poor customer service in restoran .”
Restoran food are nice but you gonna wait your order forever even if restoran is empty.There is no waiter.The same people who are working in check in gonna be your waiter.So they run between 2 places.Menü very limited and some options are not available.If you want to eat just go to the city.But food is very delicious.

it's not comfortable bed, also the elavator is not working and my room is in 5th floor, I told them I cannot go up to 5 th floor because I am sick, she told me it's your problem, she is very bad woman who worked in that time

The girls at the reception are kind. Only once that i asked for water and they did not give me for some reason. They told me to go check my room for water .They could just give me a bottle.Nonetheless they are trying to be helpful.its clean and comfortable. I can not judge the quantity of breakfast due to the general covid situation,since buffet type does not work but it was delicious.

Perfect Place to stay. Very quite and cosy Suite. Amazing Suite will all you can need. Including Jacuzzi and second bathroom. Central located inside the City. Nice and Friendly stuff.
