“Clean and comfortable but not enough to go back - need to update amenities you dont have!”
Place was clean, in an easily accessible location on a main street, with street parking in front and a grocery store right next door. Rooms were not huge but okay and were well kept and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable and and AC worked well and didn't hear much noise from outside once windows were closed.

I was for my job, so it was a 10/10 knowing that the city was still was bombed every day. So I have to say, the hotel was open and clean and had electricity and hot water. So it was very nice

It was close to almost all the places we planned on going to in Kharkov like the mall, dolphinarium and the Central Park, it was neat, comfortable and classy. The breakfast was okay too nothing extra

The staffs are very nice and friendly and they speak English, the breakfast and dinner menu is a lot and the food is very tasty. I rate them 4.5/5 I was really impressed by the standards and the interiors are very beautiful.
