“They refused to give check-in instructions and then cancelled the reservation as a no-show”
On the day of arrival I tried to contact the host via Booking, text messages and by phone to get instructions on how to check in. There was no response whatsoever from the host. The next day my reservation was cancelled. According to a previous review this is not the first time it has happened. If you want to be sure that you will actually get access to your booked accommodation I advise that you look elsewhere.
