“Comfortable and safe stay in the city center”
Very comfortable and spacious apartment at a wonderful location. The area is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. There is a supermarket right next door. Good public transit, with a bus stop right in front of the building. Also clear and easy address for taxis to find. The building has an elevator. Apartment has a bedroom which is very silent, no traffic sounds or noices from other apartments can be heard. Well equipped kitchen and large dining and living room area. Bathroom is freshly renovated with a high end shower and a new, modern Whirlpool washing machine. Good water pressure and a water heater with a large tank, hot water doesn't run out even if there's a power outage. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. A/C for hot summer days. The staff will keep good contact with you and you will meet them when checking in, they will guide you through apartment features and building security. Very friendly and professional staff, all and all very good customer service experience. Cleaning services are available and the staff is easy to reach at any time. I highly recommend this apartment for a work or vacation stay in Kharkiv!

“Best place to stay in Kharkiv”
Location is just more perfect - city center with no more than 2 minutes away from a metro/bus station. All facilities in the property worked fine. Soundproof walls and doors +++. Good cleaned apartments which smells good. Silent and well-working air conditioner. Enough towels and even the bathrobe. Early check-in was not possible (I can not blame, you had a guest before me), but owner allowed to left my belongings and an actual check-in was right after "official" check-in time started, room was ready. Overall you will receive an accommodation as high as 4*+ hotel service level. Don't think, just book it. Surroundings and place itself is very good. Can not blame on the lift - it is old indeed but I don't see any way for you personally to replace it. Better to make it as a paid service and sell as an attraction)))
