Everything as usual from the perfect easy check in to the exact requested room on 2nd floor overlooking the pool as usual (our 5th stay) all the staff extremely polite and welcoming plus fantastic breakfast options and the pool nice and warm so all in all PERFECT so will be back again in a few months time.
