Facts and Experience I made a reservation through Booking.com on May 22 for a stay from June 1 to June 5, and the reservation was fully paid in advance. Due to a change in my travel schedule, I requested an additional one-night stay. The hotel informed me that I could pay directly at the property upon check-in, under the same conditions as the Booking.com reservation. I arrived at the hotel at approximately 1:00 PM on June 1. I could not find the reception or lobby. When I asked at the restaurant next to the accommodation, I was told that check-in was handled there. As planned, I requested the additional one-night stay. Credit card payment was not accepted, so I paid 1,400 THB in cash. No receipt was provided. The male staff member was unable to communicate in English. I attempted to communicate using a translation application, but even that was largely unsuccessful. The staff member repeatedly called someone by phone and appeared to receive instructions before handling my requests. Overall, the entire check-in process was very unprofessional and inconvenient. Since check-in was not until 2:00 PM, I waited at the restaurant and ordered food. An Americano coffee cost 89 THB. There was no visible coffee machine behind the bar. The coffee was served in a small paper cup and was only about half full. I found the quality of service difficult to justify at that price. The food also offered very poor value for money. I checked into the room at 2:00 PM. The large bed was comfortable and initially left a positive impression. However, I immediately noticed a printed notice placed on top of the mini refrigerator. It contained a long list of prices for nearly every item in the room, along with penalties for damage or loss. Even a small fixed mirror was listed with a replacement cost. The notice stated that four hangers were provided, but only three were actually present.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The staff is very caring and prepares a nice breakfast for us—this is a quiet place to rest and relax.
