We absolutely loved this place! There are so many things we loved: For example, the rooms are beautiful, very clean, and private, situated amidst a tropical garden. Every room has a garden view through large windows. We stayed in June, the low season, so there weren't many tourists, making Khao Sok very quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is large, clean, and calming. What was amazing was the staff here; they were incredibly friendly. Joy, the hotel manager, made our stay so easy and convenient. From responding to emails to providing complete details, she greatly reduced our anxiety about planning our trip. She gave us so many tips, showing us how to travel in Thailand, especially Khao Sok. She recommended booking everything through the hotel for convenience, such as transportation. Although booking through the hotel is more expensive than through agencies or online channels, it's safer and more reliable because transfers through the hotel are usually made through legitimate transportation companies with security insurance. The same goes for activities; booking directly through the hotel offers fairer prices and more complete information than booking online. We did activities at the lake, and it was absolutely stunning. After the activities, Joy recommended a massage, which we did. And again, it didn't disappoint. It was wonderful and very relaxing. It completely freed our minds. We initially thought everything had to be booked online through other websites. We had limited time and were quite organized in our travel arrangements, so we preferred to plan ahead. We made the right decision to contact the hotel directly, while also checking several other websites. We were lucky that Joy responded quickly, so we booked everything through her. She made everything incredibly easy. Joy was the only one at reception all day and stayed at the hotel constantly.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We arrived late and were initially a little worried about check-in. But we contacted the hotel via WhatsApp about our arrival. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, providing information about dinner options as restaurants would be closed upon our arrival. She suggested we order food in advance and had it packed for us. It was absolutely delicious! Joy was waiting to greet us upon arrival, even though it was late. She always greeted us with a warm smile. Initially, we only booked one night, but we decided to book directly with Joy for another two nights due to the interesting activities and the beauty of the hotel. We loved it! We participated in activities at the lake as recommended by her; it was incredibly beautiful and well worth it. We had ample time to experience the stunning atmosphere of the place. The rooms were lovely and very clean. The gardens were beautiful and perfect. Joy and her team of female staff were incredibly professional and helpful. The cleaning staff provided fresh, fragrant towels every day. We saw Joy throughout the day, both at reception and sometimes even in the kitchen preparing meals for us. We also saw her in the garden; she and her team are very skilled at trimming the trees. She is a very capable and kind woman. Joy is a local, so she was able to provide excellent information about the local community, village life, and the weather in Khao Sok for each month. We felt very welcome. We will definitely be back! We were so happy to spend our time at this beautiful place. The room was very private and quiet. The gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. We stayed here during the low season, so there weren't many people. Even though it was the low season, this hotel had everything we needed. It was beautiful and always ready to welcome tourists. Especially the swimming pool, it was quiet and very clean. We felt very relaxed during our vacation. We checked in in the morning, so of course, the room wasn't ready. We knew check-in time was 2 PM. But it wasn't a problem for us. We received a warm welcome from the receptionist. She offered us cold water and recommended various activities. Even though we only had one night and it was raining, we didn't do many activities. We just relaxed with delicious smoothies from the restaurant and a delicious and very reasonably priced lunch. We went to see the monkeys at the temple and took a short walk in the community in the evening. It's a very beautiful small town. We really liked everything here, especially the staff at the reception. Joy was working alone (she said that because it was the low season, she could manage on her own since there weren't many tourists. Normally, she has an assistant). Even though she was working alone at the reception, she did everything well and quickly to make all her guests happy. She always asked and checked if her guests needed anything extra or if there was anything she could help with. She was everything to us, taking care of us, showing us to our room, and providing information about the room. She recommended delicious dishes at the hotel restaurant. She drove us around the community, was friendly like a friend, and always ready to help us with bookings and transfers to our next destination. We actually wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to come back here again and definitely for a longer stay. Thank you so much for a short but memorable experience.

“Outstanding Stay – Treated Like Family!”

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Khaosok and Spa. They took excellent care of us! At the front desk, we were welcomed by Joy and Chot. Joy had been giving me great advice since the booking process via email. She replied incredibly fast and helped clear up all our questions about our first trip to Thailand. Throughout our stay, Chot was also so much fun to chat with. Not only was Joy quick to reply to emails, but she was also at the reception all the time! Whether I came down in the morning or the evening, she was always there. It made me feel so safe and completely worry-free, even though we were staying right in the jungle. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the housekeeping staff were lovely and always smiling. I also have to mention the food—it was incredibly delicious and very affordable! We participated in several activities based on Joy's recommendations, and we loved every single one of them. After a long, tiring day of activities, we tried their massage service, and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be coming back. They truly treated us like family and friends. Thank you so much, Joy and Chot, for such a fantastic experience. See you again next time!

Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome from reception. We were greeted with cold water upon arrival and received complete and straightforward information. We received our tour booking details via private transfer, and Joy handled the activity bookings through WhatsApp. Thank you for your assistance in making our trip smooth, including the overnight stay at the lake. She managed everything perfectly, and the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent – ​​delicious, clean, reasonably priced, and with a wide variety of choices. Unfortunately, we had limited time and would have liked to try more dishes. We particularly enjoyed the Thai food. Staying here was worry-free; we felt comfortable and safe.

i loved this small hotel which is surrounded by beautiful vegetation with birdsong and monkey chattering in the background. Swimming pool was great. Hotel provides shuttle into main town.

Everything. The staff were helpful, food was good, surroundings were pleasant, the pool was good. The rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and the whole place just had a really nice, relaxed atmosphere.
