“Nice hotel - good value for money”

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave us a bigger room for a longer stay. Towards the back of the hotel was much quieter and had a view over the sea. Facilities were practical and the bed was comfy. We used the kitchen facilities downstairs for breakfast too.

Highly recommend this hotel - Excellent service, kind and attentive staff and great flexibility. The location is convenient and easily accessible 👍👍👍👍👍

This hotel delivers exactly what you’d hope for from a good-value, budget stay in Khao Lak, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are simple and functional, with working air-conditioning, a firm comfortable-enough mattress and everything you need for a relaxed stay. While it isn’t completely silent, it’s very manageable—especially with earphones or light background noise—and didn’t detract from my sleep. The location is a real plus. It’s set in one of the nicer parts of Khao Lak, close to a 7-Eleven, local shops, and restaurants, and within a nice walk to the beach. While the sea can be a bit rough for swimming at times, the area itself is lovely to stroll around and enjoy. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and kind, and while housekeeping occasionally benefits from a gentle reminder, everyone is clearly trying their best and is happy to help. Room TVs may vary, but honestly, with so much to enjoy outside, it didn’t matter much. What truly sets this hotel apart—and the reason I would happily recommend it—is the manager, Koreeya. She is an absolute highlight: warm, confident, energetic, and incredibly helpful. A strong, inspiring woman with amazing presence, she brings heart and personality to the place and genuinely makes guests feel cared for. Her energy alone elevated the entire stay and turned a simple hotel into a memorable one. If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable base in Khao Lak with great vibes and exceptional hospitality, this is a solid choice.

The bed was comfy, there were nice places to eat locally and you could walk to the beach within 10mins

I really enjoyed staying in To Zleep hotel. I had a nice view to the mainstreet fron 5th floor. Room was clean and bed nice, AC and elevator worked well. This was very good place to stay and got good value for the money. Small room 9m2 were fine for me but for two people i would say maybe a bit too small.

I can write another review because my partner and I stayed here for 2 nights, went on a liveaboard and stayed another night. Price per night is cheap and you get a clean room, kind staff, a room closely located to shops, restaurants and the beach.

“Perfect to sleep”

The small hotel is located at the main street of Khao Lak which makes it easy to reach nearby local restaurants, supermarkets and dive centers. Also the beach is only a couple of minutes by foot away. The staff was very friendly and in front of the hotel you find a small operator for organizing taxis and different sightseeing tours. The room was clean. Not the biggest but for us it was perfect. We spend every day outside and came back to mainly sleep and shower.
