Everything.However you will need your own transport,Scooter,Bike to get around.Great location,very peaceful 7/11 5 minutes away and 2 excellent restaurants with fantastic food and prices 5 minutes the other way.

Room was clean and modern absolutely fine for two people travelling. We stayed 5 nights and would have been happy to stay longer. Simple delicious breakfast and a lovely pool to use.

A delightful, quiet oasis of calm. Well suited to couples like us (early 60s retirees). A simple but wholesome breakfast. The staff, in particular, were delightful

Simple room with hanger for the clothes. Very clean. The kitchen where the breakfast was made was also clean.

The property was very clean as soon as you enter the grounds you can see this.The bungalows are all you need for a short or long stay. Very good A/C and hot water. The pool is lovely to swim in and also very clean. Location is quiet but close enough to the main Khao lak road to go sightseeing. About five minute drive to the beach

“A peaceful and beautiful place!”

The family bungalow was very spacious! Everything was very clean, both inside and outside. The garden was very well taken care of. The pool was also much better than I had expected for a small resort - it had some depth and they use a system with less chemicals (and some salt instead) that makes the water so much more pleasant than "normal" pools with way too much chlorine. The staff was very kind and helpful, despite the language barrier. Pretty much all the positive comments about the place that I read in the previous reviews turned out to be true.

“Best stay ever”

Kaen and his family were absolutely wonderful. Kaen was very helpful for ANY help we need. Photos of property are not doing well with the property as the place is sooooooooo much prettier! There is 7/11 about 300 meters from property and some Thai restaurants nearby. The beach is not so close, you should order songtu. Everything was spotless. Pool was great we could swim 24/7.

The swimming pool was extremely nice and inviting. Nice poolarea with sunbeds and umbrellas. Room very clean and comfortable, nice big, a bit hard 😁 bed. Nice bathroom with great pressure in the shower. Small terrace with table and chairs outside, AND, fan in the roof. Safety Locker, refrigerator, AC and fan in the room. The bungalows are even better, bigger and more comfortable than the rooms, wich I stayed in. But, very satisfied, great staff, nice breakfast. Staff let me borrow their private bicycle.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is close to the excellent beaches, nice and quiet. The house is so clean and it feels like it's brand new. The pool is also really clean and peaceful.

“Wonderful small beach resort”

We got upgraded to a big villa which was nice. It was spacious, modern and clean. Everything worked well. Staff was friendly. The swimming pool is very spacious and beautiful. The beach nearby is beautiful and easily reachable. There's no restaurant on site but there's a good one the village. Khao Lak main road had great vegan restaurant so plenty of options.

Loved this little oasis. Hidden away so no traffic noise. Just 8 bungalows with a pool. We spent a lot of time relaxing at tbe resort. Breakfast inc in price, choice of eggs daily, juice, tea coffee. The resort sorted a scooter for us for 250B a day so we could get around. Coconut beach 5 minute scooter ride away. The place is better than the pictures. Our room was next to breakfast area and you cannot hear anything on a morning. There's a fan and air con in room. Its immaculately clean. They clean your room every 3 days. As noted in the room dont leave any form of food out it's like island life here and the insects will come! They're tiny little things though. We booked 3 nights and stayed a week!!
