“Wonderful short stay at Phukhaolak Resort, would definitely stay again”

Loved the peace and quiet of the resort even though it’s close to the centre of Khao Lak you could be out in the middle of nowhere. We stayed at the end of the season for a couple,e of nights and both my friend and I had our own garden view bungalows which were very lovely. The bed is super comfortable with great quality linen. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast was extra, it was beautifully presented and well cooked. We loved our brief stay here.

I rarely give 10/10 - but this place has earned it! - super clean - lots of privacy in the bungalows - friendly & helpful staff - beautiful compound area, between jungle & sea - very good value for money - very good location within Khaolak - shops within 3 mins walking distance, beach within 5-10 mins

Wow. This hotel is absolutely incredible. The staff are so lovely and helpful, and the service is really 10/10. There is so much choice for breakfast and you can also have lunch and dinner here. The rooms are a decent size, with huge beds and a really large bathroom. The outside space is also set up perfectly for sitting in the evening. You can also dry your clothes on the clothes rack, which is very handy. The pool is very clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. The price is very very good for what you get here.

I don't think I've ever left a review before but this place was so Perfect. The service was 10/10 - such lovely Staff who went above and beyond for example they put the beds together at our request and put a mattress topper across them for more comfort. They really try their best for the guests and it doesnt go unnoticed. It was such a beautiful and peaceful setting that we didnt want to leave. One of the best things is that the resort is quite small and not overcrowded unlike other resorts in the area. Great food at the restaurant with reasonable prices. 5 min walk from the best Beach in the area in our opinion. Thank you so much for having us!

“Simple, clean, and amazing staff.”

The room is simple but has everything you need, and it was very clean. What really makes this place stand out is the staff who is incredibly kind and super friendly. They helped us arrange private airport pick-up and onward transport very efficiently, and also organized a trip to the Surin Islands quickly and at a good price. The restaurant is very good. We had breakfast there a couple of times (average), and dinner, which was very tasty. We did not use the pool and other facilities, but they looked very well maintained and clean. The location is great. It is easy to reach all points of interest in Khao Lak.

Everything was more than perfect! Great staff, clean and well equipped room, beautiful view, nice pool. We stayed in 6 different hotels during our trip in Thailand and this one was the best of all. I ll be back!

Exceptional stay at this resort. It is beautifully manicured & well maintained. The staff were all highly courteous and friendly and catered to all our needs with a smile. The bungalows are of exceptional quality & design, from the towels which were fluffy, to the quality of the bed linen and pillows! The room smelled very fresh and clean upon arrival. The restaurant on site is also stunning serving carefully tended meals of a high quality. The surrounding scenery is a haven of peace & tranquility and such a joy to sit & sip a cold drink on the veranda during sunset.
