The resort was spotlessly clean and had high end toiletries. The owners were exceptional, couldn't be more welcoming. Free welcome drink (beer) which was great after a long drive. I would recommend the skywind resort to anyone going to Khao kho. The breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of choice from western food, Thai food and some amazing Indian food. Can't praise the resort and the owners enough.

Such a beautiful spot in the hills with breathtaking views over to the mountains and temple. The room was so nicely decorated with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is such a serene and peaceful area with great walks through the forest - and the cooler temperatures are wonderful! We slept so well and didn’t even need to use air conditioning which is a first! Easy to drive around to the local attractions and many restaurants - mainly new roads and not busy with traffic. Lee and his wife are very welcoming, kind and helpful - they made us feel so at home and provided the best breakfast we have had on our travels. Don’t hesitate to book Sky Winds, it is a little piece of paradise! We will be back!

Utterly brilliant. We were welcomed by lovely Leroy who gave us a delicious glass of red wine on arrival (they have a great full selection & a lot of knowledge) he helped us with our bags up to our room. Our room was super clean with lovely touches and so comfortable. Both Lee & Phoch were the best hosts and their morning breakfast was an amazing spread!! Can not thank them enough for their hospitality and it really felt a home away from home. I would 100% recommend!!

Very homely feeling with all the comforts you expect at home. Rooms, beddings, and towels were all very clean. Cottage style deco with so much character and flavor! Owners were amazingly hospitable and helpful. They clearly took pride in their work and place. Every detail was planned, right up to the coffee they brewed and the plating of the food! The breakfast spread was huge and prepared with much passion!

An extremely sweet and heart warming experience! Run by a couple who has put much thought and love into this place. Room was spacious and comfortable, toilet facilities and wifi good. View was very nice from the rooftop, was able to catch the sunrise daily. Breakfast was the highlight for us - hearty home cooked meal in a pretty decorated space. Had plenty of good conversations with the owners. Overall great!
