“A room in the cloud at Khao Kho”

We stayed at the MIST room 05, it is possible the best view of the hotel, at least we thought so. Helpful and friendly staff, offered us additional value added services from restaurants. Even offered us to provide free dish because I am vegetarian. Happy with overall service and hotel. The room is clean and nice. This is absolutely amazing to wake up from. When you woke up, you will see the clouds down under because the room is facing to the best view of the mountain. Will definitely visit again. It was amazing and lucky because it rained on our second day, so we could see rain clouds passing through our rooms. Just stunning...

“Disappointed”

We really liked the view from the restaurant but unfortunately we had the worst room. Number 22 which does not overlook the valley but a part of the mountain. It is all the more incomprehensible that the reception staff assigned us this room while on the hotel's website another room in the same category and with a view of the valley and the sunset was vacant. And I got confirmation from the receptionist but she told us that it was the fault of the booking.com software, I don't believe in this version... On top of that the bathroom door was broken and the air from the air conditioner smelled bad due to a lack of maintenance.

“Fantastic and just perfect - don’t think twice”

Wonderful bungalows in high standard and fantastic view. Spacey rooms, a place to sit and great Wi-Fi everywhere which is necessary when you have to work and have a few meetings. Rustic furniture and a place to sit both inside the bungalow and at the main building with coffee and good food. You feel at home - super clean and good quality bathroom with proper water pressure. It’s just great. Someone said best bed in Thailand - well it’s still too hard for me but less do than in other places.

This was our third stay at the resort. Perfect as always!
