The location and chilled atmosphere. The staff are outstanding. Down a track with jungle behind it and the sea in front, really laid back feel, ample places to sit for everyone. The are around is authentic Thailand and plenty to see with a car.

“Paradise exists !!!!”

After months of dodging bullets in Nigeria, we desperately needed a break from the chaos of everyday life. We craved somewhere peaceful, where we could kick back, unwind, and let the sound of birds and waves wash away the stress, but let’s be real, we also wanted top tier food and great drinks. After reading the glowing reviews, it was clear this was exactly the escape we were after. My wife hopped into her GRAB, a small Yaris Ativ, and the car glided smoothly down the entrance road, no sweat. Me, I'm always up for an adventure, I followed her from Surat Thani on my Aerox 155 scooter. Nothing like a little wind in your face. I finally reached the small entrance road and was expecting a dirt track but no, it was fine. I’ve seen worse roads back in the UK, especially in Devon (haha). Even after a rainstorm, we were zooming down the exit road and over the hill, scouting the area like a couple of explorers. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you. OK the bungalows might not have been built last week, but that just adds to the charm. Inside? Everything you need and even more, clean and all in perfect working order. The food? Mind-blowing. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were looking for. My wife asked for no spice, and boom, she got it. Me, I love a good challenge, so I boldly requested "extra spice." After the runny nose and hiccups kicked in, I can confidently say... wow, it was worth it and so delicious. At 21:59 just before the bar closed at 22:00., we quickly ordered 2 more gin and tonics to keep the mosquitoes at bay I was up at 6:10 AM to catch the sunrise. There’s nothing like that moment of pure peace and tranquility, watching the day begin. We have four more nights ahead here, and we’re already certain they’re going to be epic. A big shoutout to TJ for all the tips on the resort and area.

Very quiet and secluded. You will need a car if you want to explore the region. But there is plenty to do: The beach is is great, good for swimming and kayaking. The hotel facilities are in good conditions.
