The shuttle service were an amazing bonus. Staff were super friendly and took us to restaurants in the evening. Location was perfect. Rooms spacious.

“A great place to stay for a few days of ski”
Great transportation service once I was there. A car was on call to take me to the river run and back whenever I wanted. The room was ok - nothing fancy. The staff and service very good!

This resort was labeled as a spa but it had 2 small hot tubs that were completely full of college kids on their winter ski trips. This was no place for relaxation - it was a frat party that was highly encouraged by the maintenance staff. We waited for 45 minutes to get into the sauna and or hot tub or just anything that was not swarming with kids drinking out of red solo cups. The steam room was broken. The sole reason we booked this was for the spa like amenities.

“Overall, would not recommend this resort for many reasons, the price you pay outweighs the benefits.”
We loved the location, being in Keystone was central for all the hikes we wanted to do in Colorado. The staff was friendly and the views were breath taking. If you have a dog they definitely accommodate (we did not bring ours, but wished we did).

Our room was comfortable and clean albeit with the amount of glass it would be hot out of peak winter season. The valet service was good.
