Overview

Great property with a homely feel. Quiet location and a 10 to 15 minute walk to Duval Street, or you can catch the free bus pretty much outside. We parked easily on the road outside, but I imagine this can cause difficulties in busy periods. We stayed in the room at the top of the stairs on the first floor (I can’t remember the room name) which was lovely. The air con was very good and more importantly quiet. The continental breakfast provided was pretty good (fruit, cereal, muffins, yoghurts, eggs) and snacks are provided in the kitchen that you can help yourself to during the day. I believe they have happy hour but we were out so did not experience this. Would definitely stay again.
