We would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire team at this wonderful resort for the excellent service we received during our stay. The facilities are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly makes this place special is the quality and warmth of its staff. We would especially like to recognize Claudia (manager), Javier(manager), Sara, the general manager, Yeni (the chef), Beatriz (who took care of our room), Josie (Desk) and the entire Tiki Hut staff. Each of them made our experience unforgettable, always attentive, kind, and dedicated to making guests feel at home. We truly appreciate every detail and the high level of service provided—it makes all the difference. We leave very grateful and happy, and we will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

Location was excellent, shuttle to downtown was so convenient. Pools had a great vibe. Perfect vacation spot.

When we arrived, we thought wow this could be the best hotel we have stayed in on this trip, great room with balcony overlooking the sea. Nice food, 6 swimming pools and various other activities.

Clean and very relaxing environment

Very nice hotel, clean, stylish, nice architecture, beautiful garden, heated pools! Service was good.

This place was so cute and well decorated! We felt like we were transported to a different world. The location is pretty isolated (in a good way — it felt very peaceful), but they have a shuttle that can get you downtown for free, as well as free bike rentals and (I think) paid golf cart rentals! The concierges were amazing and helped us book super fun activities on the island. Overall a very enjoyable time, we feel nostalgic about it already!

“Return visit was an absolute disappointment”

We’ve just checked out after our second stay here, from the UK. Obviously we loved it so much the first time, we came back. We got engaged here last year and came back for our honeymoon this year. This time was a completely different experience. At check in we were told we were being upgraded (which I would never expect). However, we were given the room we’d paid for. No worries. Then we asked for extra linen for the sofa bed for my son. Only to be told we couldn’t get a duvet. They didn’t have any, although there were duvets on the beds? Later on, the hairdryer blew the lights in the room. The hairdryer was also so hot, especially on the plug. It took an age for someone to come and fix it, even though we told reception we had dinner reservations. We had to call twice. We just felt like we were being a bother and to be quite honest, the reception team were quite rude. I didn’t get their names, there was a man and a woman. Then housekeeping didn’t arrive the next day and we had to call down for someone to come so we could at least get towels. We will definitely be returning to Key West, but I will absolutely never stay at Oceans Edge again. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

The hotel was very welcoming, lots of activities and plenty of spaces to relax. Food was great. The highlight of our trip was the guided kayak tour in the mangroves - lots of sea life and we even saw dolphins! The staff are all amazing and the rooms clean and spacious. Had a great few days and the shuttle is super easy and convenient.

The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Our room was big with a lovely view of the marina and pool. everything was extremely clean with a lovely holiday vibe. You could rent bikes, kayaks and golf carts out . Two hours of kayaks and bikes were free. They offered paid kayak tours. I did one of the Mangroves with Andrew who was an excellent guide. Chloe was there at the Tike hut and both couldn't have been more helpful . we had food and drinks k around the pool which was very good too. There is an hourly shuttle bus taking you downtown to Duval Street which is great as it's expensive to park and a 20 minute drive down. The drivers were lovely.

Lovely hotel great views and even better free shuttle to downtown key west!!! Would defo be back!!

Loved the pools, everything was immaculate. Used the shuttle bus to town and this makes up for the out of town location. I loved this place despite the price.
